The WorkPlace is issuing this Request for Qualification and Quotation (RFQ) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive workforce development services for youth (non WIOA – Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and adults. The services will encompass both core skills training and/or occupational skills training, with the goal of enhancing employability and career advancement opportunities for participants.
